We've also noticed that instead of just giving free shipping, our website makes you choose between regular UPS charges and free shipping. Be sure to select free shipping but if you are mistakenly charged for shipping, a person will catch it and refund the shipping charges. There is no need to call us if you are charged shipping. We'll take care of it.
For those clients who are unable or unwilling to place orders through our website, you can call your order in to 800.231.7157 to place your order securely. Just mention this offer and you will receive free shipping on phone orders. Because our office is not open on the weekends, if you call Tuesday after the holiday and mention this offer, you can still receive free shipping until the end of the business day Tuesday. Orders sent to destinations outside the contiguous 48 United States are not included in this offer and will incur shipping charges. Orders sent by rush shipping are also not included in this offer. This offer will not be honored after Tuesday, January 3, 2012 midnight CST. Offices will be closed on Thanksgiving and through the weekend (including Friday) but will reopen Monday morning 8 am CST.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Completed Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world but any destination outside the contiguous 48 United States may require additional shipping fees and HazMat transportation charges. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Many products are restricted to UPS Ground.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are value-based. The total amount of your order determines the shipping cost. We do our best to keep costs down but occasionally we must raise shipping rates to keep pace with shipping company's rates.
